SHIPPING & RETURNS
DOMESTIC SHIPPING
Due to the large nature of some of the items for online purchase these cannot be posted, these will need to be quoted and invoiced separately please email hello@meganweston.com.au to obtain a quote.
We only use reputable couriers and specialist art couriers for the safe delivery of all large in nature artworks.
A flat fee of $30 is charged for standard postage within Australia this includes insurance. If the item cannot be posted eg: print in a tube exceeds Australia Post length of 1m, then a flat rate of $40 will be charged for shipping the item via a courier.
Once an item has been dispatched, you will be notified via email with your tracking information.
Please be mindful that you are responsible for tracking your own parcel, failure to collect your parcel from your local post outlet will result in your parcel being returned to us, upon which you will need to cover the costs of re-postage of your parcel.
All parcels require a signature on delivery, this is due to a recent increase in the amount of stolen parcels.
When a request is made for a parcel to be delivered and left unattended you acknowledge that Megan Weston Art and their Representatives will not be liable in any way for any loss or damage to the parcel, left in accordance with this authority.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

You are responsible for any additional local customs and duties on your order.
We are required by law to disclose the full value of the package contents and cannot alter this value.
If an order is refused by your country by no fault of our own, you are responsible for all shipping expenses and any additional costs incurred.
You are responsible for tracking your own parcel, failure to collect your parcel from the designated outlet may result in your parcel being returned to us here in Australia upon which you will need to cover the costs of re-postage of your order.
INTERNATIONAL RETURNS
Unfortunately Megan Weston Art is unable to honour change of mind returns.
Australian delivery times vary depending on your location and chosen shipping option, once an order is received and subsequently printed, it will be dispatched within 3-5 business days.
DELIVERY TIMES
For all large in nature items, and if you have been invoiced separately for freight, then a date and time will be given that you must be able to accept delivery. Failure to do so may occur additional freight charges.
As a suggested guide Standard Post will generally arrive in 5-6 business days
Megan Weston Art does not guarantee any delivery times as sometimes things beyond our control occur, and the above delivery time frames are a suggestion only.
If your parcel has not been received within this time-frame please email hello@meganweston.com.au so that we may investigate further.
*PLEASE NOTE THAT AT PERIODS WHEN WE EXPERIENCE AN INCREASE OF ORDERS (E.G CHRISTMAS OR DURING A SALE PERIOD) DISPATCH TIMES MAY BE LONGER THAN USUAL AND WE THANK YOU IN ADVANCE FOR YOUR PATIENCE.
DAMAGED DELIVERIES
Any deliveries received damaged / faulty must be reported to us within 24hrs of receipt of your parcel. This is due to strict insurance policies within our courier & suppliers T&C's, meaning we have a short window period to report this on to them.

Once your email has been reviewed, we will contact you and when possible arrange for a replacement to be sent to you, if a replacement piece is not available we will seek an alternative resolution.
RETURN TO SENDER PARCELS
If a parcel is unable to be delivered to you due to an error where you are at fault eg: Incorrect details provided to us or failure to collect your parcel at your local depot, Megan Weston Art will not be liable for re-postage of your order. If you wish to have the parcel re-delivered you will need to cover the cost of re-delivery to your address.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
PRINTS
Your print is delicate. It is carefully and professionally packaged and sealed in a protective industrial tube for safe shipping. Once received, the print tube should only be opened by your chosen professional framer for immediate framing. If not opened by a professional framer, Megan Weston Art will not be responsible for any damage to the print, and no refund or exchange will be possible.
Artist Prints are custom ordered, therefore once you have placed and confirmed your order they are non-refundable due to change of mind
PLEASE NOTE: Once an order is placed and paid for, it is considered final and no amendments or cancellations can be made.
PRIVATE & COMMERCIAL COMMISSIONS
At certain times of the year Megan Weston opens a limited number of spots available for commissions at her discretion.

At the initial enquiry we ask that you send the size your looking for, colorway, and timeframe.
A 50% non refundable deposit is required for all commissions before they commence.
Balance to be paid in full prior to shipping.
Unfortunately at times we are unable to make changes on an artwork during its process.
All commissions are non refundable we do not refund due to change of mind.
RETURN POLICY
No returns will be accepted without verification from Megan Weston Art that we have approved the return
All returns must be requested within 24hrs from receipt of parcel
Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged, all 'sale' purchases are final.
Damaged items must be reported within 24hrs from receipt of parcel (this is due to a strict time frame within our freight service for any freight insurance claims to be lodged) once this time has passed Megan Weston Art and its associates are not liable nor responsible for what happens to a purchase of product once delivery has taken place and outside of the 24 hour time frame.
All returns must be finalised and posted back to us within 5 working days of your receipt of order.
Please note Megan Weston Art does not offer exchange or return of product for change of mind so please shop carefully.
If you have received an item that is faulty or not what you ordered, you may apply for a credit note or exchange, provided that we are satisfied that an error was made in consignment of the item purchased or that a fault has occurred prior to the item being delivered to you.
In the case of returns or exchange where Megan Weston Art are at fault, Megan Weston Art will pay the shipping costs for returning the faulty or incorrect item to Megan Weston Art and for dispatching the replacement item to you.
Megan Weston Art will not be liable or responsible for items broken in return transit due to inappropriate packaging on your behalf. All items being returned to us remain your property until received by us.
In the case of returns we do not offer cash refunds on any items purchased on meganweston.com.au and will only provide you with a credit note. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and issue you a credit note where applicable.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Megan Weston Art reserves the right to cancel any order for an Original Work of Art or Printed Work placed via megan weston.com.au, if Megan Weston Art determines, in it’s sole discretion, that the item is mispriced, out of stock, discontinued, or otherwise unavailable at the price listed via the website. If Megan Weston Art cancels an order placed via the website, Megan Weston Art will send you an email confirmation of such cancellation and you will not be charged for your order.
PRE ORDER AND CANCELLATIONS
There are times when items will be pre-ordered. We require a 50% deposit for all pre-orders. This deposit is non-refundable. If you do change your mind before your item arrives, we need you to do this within 5 days. A credit note will be applied as no refunds are accepted.
